We found no wording that fixed it reliably, so check the skin tone and run the prompt again if it's off.
Prompt 3 wrote 'HOMEWARD BOUND' into the design, and prompt 2 inked both arms. In our single re-runs, 'No words, banners or lettering anywhere in the design' removed the words, and 'covering the left forearm and upper arm only, with the right arm left bare' kept the ink to one arm, though Gemini took 'left' as the left of the picture and inked his right arm.
To make room for the tattoo, Gemini turned the T-shirt into a tank top (prompt 2), cut a deep neckline (prompt 3) and removed a sleeve (prompt 4). A photo that already shows the spot bare gives it nothing to cut away, though we couldn't test that with our stand-in photo, which shows a T-shirt.
